Concerning the difficulty: The Quiz is designed for a group of up to 6 people. If one was able to answer 70% it would make the Quiz boring in my opinion

Really? In round 3 and 4 (Music & Movie) i had like 80-90% correct answers...

Music was easy. But it was easy the last time, too. The films part would probably easier if I would actually watch films.
And the drinks... Let's not mention them anymore.
