The Indian Government has, in light of the successful annexation of Pakistan and Bangladess, decided to incorporate Ceylon(Colombo) into India.

I removed three points from India on cause of the point scheme discussed earlier. (Points recieved for taking human controlled cities using conventional units.)
After lengthy discussions between the Chinese Premier, the British Prime minister and the governors of Hong Kong and Macao, a joint declaration is made concerning the future of the remaining European holdings in China.
With guarantees under the "One country, two systems" policy, the islands shall enjoy the status as Special Administrative Regions which allows the local municipalities a large degree of autonomy on all matters, the exceptions being foreign policy and defence.
An official handover has been scheduled to take place in exactly one year, November 1976.
The NATO is concerned with global pollution levels. To avoid catastrophic global warming, we will begin installing public transportation systems in the upcoming months, followed by high-speed rail systems.
We urge all other nations to do the same. We're stuck on this planet together, let's avoid killing it.
We do not have the technology to build pollution-reducing buildings at this time. We can't afford to make researching them our priority, either. Our anti-pollution work will have to be via engineers cleaning it.
