In this case it wasn't possible to copy a treecut-entry from another nif file. Therefor importing/exporting into blender was necessary.

You recommended me to play with Flag and Threshold values in NifScope and I found a very strange feature.
Please, compare two screens.

I have no ideas why it's happen but I prefer to use Flag value 4844 instead 4845.
I tested also your last edited file. I imported in your file my version of Trapper_Post, that could be as a first (simplest) Trapper working place. Thus, Trapper_House could be the second level building for Trapper.
Here the results of the combination.

Here Trapper_Post is clearly visible.
The semi-transparency you noticed have another reason. The texture files you are using are transparent. Therefor your whole model is kind of transparent.
The value you are using now is for diffrent transparent meshs behind each other. It's fine if it works, but with this value the edges are a bit rougher. Shouldn't be noticeable at buildings of that size.
Alternatively you could open your texture and copy-paste the whole thing over.
You would get the same effect.

This is clear because we use dds files as textures. NiAlphaProperty doesn't work if I use bmp file as texture.
Yes, it works and I cannot see any distortions.
I could now successfully import/export my files through Blender. It looks that now I have a correct version. Here the example of new tree made with such import/export operations. I propose this model as Natural_Latex_Trees instead of Palm_Tree.
I additionally tried the "swap"-operation with these trees. All separate parts (Hunter_Post, Tent and Natural_Latex_Trees) are compatible and can be copied/pasted in one common file without problems.
Ray! What do you prefer: this model of Natural_Latex_Trees or Palm_Tree?

Could you post some screens of this ressource on feature jungle when you have finished it ?
Just wondering about its visibility there.
(Natural Rubber trees are supposed to appear on Marsh and Light Green Savannah with jungle.)
