Should we have tech stealing to simulate industrial espionage in? If we do, we should probably make exceptions to the techs that allow the EU, OPEC, NAFTA etc.
Like I said in the other thread, I'm okay with either the Europeans or East Asians.

Civi, seeing as you have the first turn could you perhaps post event texts when they show up?
So that it is clear:
Should spies be allowed to both bribe cities and steal techs, except for the east-block cities and units(until the "New virgin markets open" event)?

There are village huts on the map, but they are hidden with the subsidy (irigation) graphic. You will sometimes get gangster and terrorist units from them, which I think the event is reffering to.
