Same as before up to an including the capture of Paris. After this I killed 4 Partisans.

For. The rules don't exclude a Vichy government being propped up in France by Germany a 2nd time, and when a puppet government is in place, all control of the area falls under the puppeteer. So it makes sense that all the northern cities of France come under German control. The French cities in the south could logically become Free French because the requirements have already been met, and their proximity to the Allies would supposedly allow them to not fall under control of the Paris puppet government. Just my own two cents on the issue.

I cannot find any flaws in your logic Jerec, you are right that the House Rules do not exclude a vichy government occuring twice.

But would the French surrender twice? Possibly......

I can no longer think of any reason why Germany should not get to take over those cities in the North. Therefore I would change my vote to "For".

But I think that in the next version of the game, you should explicitly state that after France has been liberated once and changed back to the Allies, it cannot be forced to swap to the Axis a second time.
