Bayern Munich was hurt after the CL final last year and it seems clear that 2012/23 will be Heynckes last season as a football manager (trainer).
Nobody knew that they would be able to rise again, so Bayern decided to hire the possibly best available manger.
This deal was fixed last autumn.
I think right now this decision was wrong. If Bayern won the final, Pep would be the poorest sod on earth. There would be nothing left to achieve.

Yes, and I could not retrieve it, the forums gave me a security question in german "what is the name of our sun?"

I answer with "Sonne", then "Der Sonne", but then the forums lock me out dor some time!

I tried and started a PBEM game of "A Soaring Spirit" at the civfanatics site. If you are interested I would much wnjoy your company in such a game!
